Why you’ll love this recipe:

  • Low calorie. Only 68 calories per popsicle!
  • Uses frozen berries so can easily you keep ingredients on hand.
  • Makes 10 popsicles in an easy to use silicone mold.
  • Recipe variations included!

Key Ingredients:

  • Honey vanilla Greek yogurt: You can also use honey or vanilla flavored Greek yogurt instead. Regular yogurt will work as well, though expect the mixture to be slightly runnier and melt a little faster.
  • Agave nectar syrup: Replace this with honey or maple syrup for a little different taste.
  • Whipped topping: If you don’t have any whipped topping, you can make some yourself by whipping up some heavy cream with powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
  • Frozen mixed berries: You could use any type of frozen fruit with this recipe and it would end up delicious.
  • Sweetened almond milk: Try this with coconut milk, unsweetened almond milk, rice milk, or regular milk if you prefer. The sweetness of the berry portion may differ.

What if I don’t have popsicle molds?

I used a popsicle mold that I got on Amazon. If you can’t get one of these molds, don’t worry!

If you don’t have any popsicle molds, you can still make these, but you need to be a little more creative. Try making mini popsicles in an old-fashioned ice cube tray! Or pull out some small paper or plastic cups. The small Dixie-type cups are great for this. Whatever you do, don’t let the lack of a popsicle mold keep you from enjoy this fantastic frozen treat!

How to Make Berries and Cream Popsicles

  • Mix the honey vanilla Greek yogurt and agave nectar together. Fold in the whipped topping and then place in the refrigerator until needed.
  • Puree the frozen mixed berries and almond milk together in a blender. Remove the honey vanilla Greek yogurt mixture from the refrigerator.
  • Fill the popsicle molds by alternating between the yogurt mixture and the berries puree until each mold is filled.
  • Cover tops with aluminum foil (or dedicated top/lid) and then stick with popsicles sticks. Freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen.

How do you remove the popsicles from the molds? Run warm water for 10-15 seconds over the bottom of the molds. This will warm the mold and allow the popsicles to come out.

Hi there! Would you have a recommendation for a nut-free version of this? I’m looking for popsicle recipes without almonds, coconuts, or any other nuts.
