Quick and refreshing, this Strawberry Punch with Jell-O is sweet and delicious! Perfect for baby showers, picnics, on holidays, or simply as a pick-me-up in the summer heat. Similar to our frozen hot chocolate and frozen lemonade, it’s another kid favorite!

This time of year, we love spending the weekend with family, dreaming of summer plans to fit in before school rush starts again. Whether it is chili dogs, bacon cheeseburgers or wood-fired pizza. And anytime the sunshines, the kids want this Strawberry Punch with Jell-O.

Wait…you can drink Jell-O?!

Yes! Sounds strange, but it is a great way to add an unbelievable punch of fruity flavor to a sweet refreshing drink.

This Sparkling Strawberry Punch is a sweet and tangy blend of lemonade, ginger ale, and Kraft JELL-O and it’s only 4 simple ingredients.

Ingredients for Strawberry Punch

This punch recipe uses just 4 ingredients:

ingredients for strawberry punch on a table
  • Jell-O. Use any flavor you’d like. Our favorite is strawberry or cherry for that bold red color and sweet flavor.
  • Ginger Ale. One 2-liter is what I prefer for the best flavor, but add more or less based on your taste.
  • Lemonade Concentrate. Buy 2 frozen lemonade concentrate containers and thaw them.
  • Water. The water needs to be hot to dissolve the Jell-O.

How to Make Strawberry Punch with Jell-O

Make this strawberry party punch in 3 easy steps:

  • Heat two cups of water to boiling. Dissolve the Jell-O in the hot water.
  • Mix the cold lemonade concentrate, ginger ale, and dissolved Jello mixture in a large drink canister or punch bowl.
  • Mix it up and add ice. It’s ready to serve!

Add Fresh Fruit

Because this punch has the flavors of strawberry and lemons, it’s fun to jazz up your glasses with slices of fresh lemon and sweet strawberries. Add this fruit directly to the punch bowl, or keep it on the side for guests to add themselves.

Recipe Variations

  • Use limeade concentrate rather than lemon concentrate.
  • Instead of ginger ale use lemon-lime soda such as Sprite.
  • Add berries such as raspberries or blackberries.

I’m confused about the frozen lemonade concentrate. Is that 24 oz of concentrate as in directly from the can or is it 24 oz of concentrate mixed with water according to the directions on the can?. I haven’t tried the recipe yet but

Any ideas for a non carbonated substitute for the ginger ale? I’m wanting to make this for my kiddos but I’m afraid the ginger ale will go flat before we drink a whole gallon.
