I like mascarpone and I have to admit I use it a lot. There is something about this Italian cream cheese that makes me want to add it to every dessert I make. I love its versatility. No matter what you decide to make, it will be a hit.

Easy Raspberry Mascarpone Dip

I used it to make tiramisu dip as well as mini chocolate naked cakes . These all are delicious and easy homemade desserts that anyone can do! When you pair mascarpone with berries you will be in for a treat.

Easy Raspberry Mascarpone Dip

Guys, this mascarpone fruit dip tastes so good! I love dipping raspberries in it. Just so you know even though raspberries are tiny you still can dip them easily. I stick two or three of them on a toothpick and tadaah! Easy-peasy!

Now you can use any fruit you love. I am a strawberry & raspberry lover so these are often my choices of fruit. Then there are apples. They are perfect for dipping! I also love the sweet; salty flavor combo so I sometimes eat this homemade fruit dip with pretzels. What would you go for? Salty pretzels or fruits?

Like I’ve mentioned already, this fruit dip recipe is pretty straight forward but if you need directions have a look below. It can also be easily doubled and you can change the ratios as well. If you are after richer and thicker dip then add more mascarpone.

Rasberry my favorite fruit. I used raspberry to lose weight and to have a healthy diet and now I will use it in my family deserts.

I’m a vegan so wouldn’t use the cheese or the yoghurt, but there are some vegan substitutes that are surprisingly similar here in Vienna and just as good, so will definitely be making this. Looks like it’s right up my alley 🙂

Love the look of that Mixed Berry Charlotte Cake as well. That would be such a pretty dessert to serve for guests to a Sunday brunch. May be trying that one too 🙂

Thanks. And gorgeous photos!
