BRUSSELS SPROUTS SALAD
Don't knock brussels sprouts until you've tried this salad! Full of sunflower seeds, parmesan and cranberries. Ready for the table in 20 minutes.
Shaved Brussels Sprouts
Trim the brussel sprouts and pulse in a food processor 5 times.
Add shaved brussels sprouts to a bowl, then add red onion, sunflower seeds, cranberries and parmesan. Mix well.
Pour over the dressing and mix. For crunchy salad serve immediately, for soft put in the fridge for 1-2 hours!
