How To Make Congo Bars
Melt butter & add brown sugar then mix.
MELT
Add eggs, then flour, baking powder & salt.
MIX
Fold in chocolate chips.
FOLD
Spread in pan & bake for 25 minutes.
BAKE
If you prefer your cookie bars more “done”, continue cooking another 3-5 minutes.
