 Use a stand mixer, bread machine on the dough setting or mix by hand.

Form the rolls

After you've let the dough rise, it's time to form the rolls. Roll out, spread with filling and roll up jelly roll style.

Place the cut rolls in a pan, let them rise  and pour on the heavy cream! We've been adding this trick for over 15 years. It works!

Bake then frost

Frost with a quick melt-in-your-mouth cream cheese frosting. You can add maple or vanilla extract.
