This One Pot Italian sausage pasta skillet made with ground pork is quick, easy and absolutely delicious. It’s the ideal weeknight dinner with great Italian flavors.
Brown and crumble the pork plus shallot, garlic and seasonings. Drain off any fat.
Add the broth, half and half, tomatoes and pasta. Boil until the pasta is al dente.
Add the parmesan, a few tablespoons at a time, and mix until it is melted in.
then fold in the spinach leave. They will wilt slightly as you fold them in. Then serve!
