Tortilla Chips
Ground Beef
Taco Seasoning
Tomato Sauce
Shredded Cheese
Instructions
Brown & crumble the beef. Drain any fat.
Add taco seasoning & tomato sauce.
Cover 11×17" rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Layer half the tortilla chips, half of the ground beef mixture, and half the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Broil on low for 5-6 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve immediately with your favorite taco toppings such as fresh salsa & sour cream.
Cover your baking pan with parchment paper or foil for an easy clean up!
Don't crush your tortilla chips too small or the base will be dust!
Jalapeno slices, fresh tomatoes, cilantro & guacamole also make tasty toppings!
