- ½ Cup Fresh Raspberries 50g
- ½ Cup Mascarpone 120g
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt 125g
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- For dipping: Fruits of Your Choice or Pretzels
Put raspberries, mascarpone, yogurt and powdered sugar in a food processor and pulse until combined (this will only take several seconds).
Serve with fruits of your choice or pretzels.
