Walnut Cottage Cheese Bread

- 1 ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2/3 Cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ Cup Superfine Sugar
- ½ Cup Walnuts
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
In a bowl mix cottage cheese, sugar and eggs together, using an electric mixer.
Stir in finely chopped walnuts, sifted flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a 2lb(1kg) loaf tin lined with baking parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 350F/180C for 1 hour or until and inserted skewer comes out clean.
Let it cool down before serving. Serve sliced with jam, butter or anything you like!
