Candy Corn Peanut Butter Ball

- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar or a bit more as needed
- 1 cup candy corn
- 3/4 cup crushed peanuts
- pretzels for dipping
In a stand mixer, cream together the peanut butter, butter and vanilla until smooth. Add in the three cups of powdered sugar, beating until completely blended. Fold in the candy corn. Shape this mixture into a large ball.
Place the crushed peanuts on a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap. Roll the peanut butter ball in the crushed peanuts. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with pretzels.
