Lemon Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus usually one "bunch" at the store
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice from 1 fresh lemon
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ยบ Fahrenheit.
  • Cut off ends of asparagus. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes or until tender.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.
