2cupsegg whites
2largeeggs
2tablespoonsfinely chopped onions
1finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1 1/3cupsspinachfinely chopped
1/2teaspoonsalt
1red bell pepperdiced
1orange bell pepperdiced
1/3cupalmond milk
1/4cupcoconut flour
1cupbreakfast sausagebrowned and crumbled
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Spray cupcake pans with cooking spray.
