1cancream corn(14.75 ounces)
1boxJiffy corn muffin mix
1cupshredded Cotija cheese
1/2teaspoonancho chili powder(or more to taste)

In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased 8"x8" baking pan.
