Add in ground sausage and when it begins to brown, add in onions, garlic, and Italian seasonings. Continue cutting the sausage while cooking until it browns. Drain off any fat.
Add in diced tomatoes, pasta, chicken broth, and salt and pepper.
Stir and allow to come to a gentle boil. Cover the pan and let it cook for 12 minutes before stirring and then cover again and allow to cook until pasta is al dente if it is not yet done.
Once pasta is cooked, remove the lid and add in spaghetti sauce, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
