Turkey Lettuce Wraps
This simple wrap is paleo, gluten-free, sugar-free and grain-free. It is a great way to use up leftover turkey, but is also completely versatile for whatever food you have in your fridge!

Ingredients
1/2
cup
shredded turkey
2
slices
cooked bacon
1/4
cup
fresh salsa
1/4
cup
chopped avocado
1
large Romaine lettuce leaf
Instructions
Layer the turkey, bacon, salsa and avocado on a lettuce leaf. To eat, fold the lettuce leaf in half like a taco or roll it up like a wrap.
Add any other ingredients that you'd like: cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, ham, etc.
