Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Peanut Butter- 1/2 Tablespoon per muffin

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 and line a muffin pan with liners or spray with cooking spray
  • In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients and mix together
  • Fold in the chocolate chips
  • Spoon batter into muffin pans about 2/3 full
  • Take 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter per muffin and press into muffin batter
  • Bake on 375 for 12-14 minutes or until a fork comes out clean
  • Let cool before removing from muffin tin and enjoy!
