1cupolive oil
1/3cuplemon juice
1/3cuplime juice
2teaspoonsminced garlic
1medium onion diced
1/2teaspoonpepper
1/2teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Mix together olive oil, lemon & lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper and onion.
Put chicken in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over it. Allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Place chicken on preheated grill (400 degrees) and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is no longer pink.
Allow the chicken to rest for 3-5 minutes, then serve.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
