Ingredients

white potatoes

tablespoons
melted butter

crushed Cheez-It Grooves Zesty Cheddar Ranch

teaspoon
salt

cup
shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Wash and dry the white potatoes. Cut them into 1 to 1 1/2" cubes. Wipe the cubes dry with a paper towel.
Dip each piece of potato in butter, then cover them in the crushed Cheez-It crumbs.
Place the potatoes on a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the potatoes if desired.
Bake the potatoes at 425 degrees for 27-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
