Make our fried chicken tenders, or buy frozen chicken tenders and air fry them. You can also use leftover grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken. 8 cooked chicken tenders
Make the slaw by adding all of the ingredients in a bowl and mixing. Stir several times after making the slaw to ensure the vinegar dressing evenly coats the cabbage slaw. 1 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage, 1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage, 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion, 1/3 cup thin sliced cucumber, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the chipotle honey mustard. 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon adobo sauce, 1/2 teaspoon whole mustard seed
Lay out one tortilla. Place some of the slaw on top of the tortilla. (If you're not serving right away, dab the slaw on a paper towel slightly so it doesn't make the wrap soggy.) Drizzle a little sauce over the slaw. 4 flour tortilla wraps
Place two chicken fingers on top of the slaw, then top with a little more sauce.
Roll the wrap like a burrito and serve.
