This recipe is enough to seasoning about 1/2-2 pounds of meat. Use less seasoning for less spice and more seasoning for more spice.
You can make up a big batch of this seasoning mix and store it in an airtight container. Use 2-3 tablespoons of fajita seasoning mix per pound of meat.
