Notes
Chia seeds thicken these oats. For a thick, pudding-like jar, keep the 2 tablespoons. To leave chia out, reduce the almond milk to 3/4 cup.
For meal prep, multiply the oats, yogurt, chia, honey, and milk by the number of jars you want and divide between them. Add raspberries and almonds each morning so they stay fresh. Keeps 5 days in the fridge.
Want them creamier and less liquidy? Use 3/4 cup almond milk instead of 1 cup.
