Layer the lettuce, onion, olives, tomatoes and hard boiled eggs on a plate. Top with tuna.
In a jar with a screw-top, combine the dressing ingredients. Cover and shake to mix. Drizzle desired amount over the salad.
Refrigerate remaining salad dressing.
*The dressing makes about 1/2 cup.*In order to make this recipe Whole30 acceptable, leave out the honey from the dressing. This will slightly lower the calories.*A note about the calories...the calories are for 1 salad (2 cups lettuce, 1 egg, 1/2 can tuna fish, etc...and 1/4 cup dressing).
