  • 1 apple cut into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1 peach cut into small pieces
  • 2 cup strawberries cut into quarter


  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 2 Tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream


  • In a small mixing bowl mix mango pulp, heavy cream and condensed milk. Chill in the refrigerator.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine apple, peaches, strawberries and grapes
  • Add the chilled mango cream mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Serve this chilled salad in a dessert glass or bowl.


Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk according to your taste Add more mango pulp for a dark mango color and taste
