Instructions
For the optional creamy base: In a small mixing bowl mix mango pulp, heavy cream and condensed milk. Chill in the refrigerator. 1 cup mango pulp, 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
In a large mixing bowl combine mangoes, grapes, peaches and strawberries. 2 mangoes, 1 1/2 cups grapes, 2 peaches , 2 cups strawberries
If desired, add the optional chilled mango cream mixture and mix until well combined.
