Ingredients
8ouncescrescent rolls1 can
1largeGranny Smith applecored, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
4tablespoonsbutter
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoonground cinnamon
pinchground nutmeg
3/4cupapple cider(NOT vinegar! Apple Cider Juice only)
Instructions
Preheat the Instant Pot by selecting Saute.
Open the can of crescent rolls and roll the dough out flat. Roll each wedge of apple in 1 crescent roll.
Add the butter to the Instant Pot and select Cancel. Add the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg and stir until melted.
Place the dumplings side by side in the Instant Pot. Drizzle the apple cider along the edges. Secure the lid.
Select Manual and cook at high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, use a natural release. Let it cool for a few minutes and serve warm, drizzled with the sugar and cider syrup.

Notes
Granny Smith apples work best since they are nice and tart. If you're using another type of apple, you may want to decrease the sugar a bit.
