I fell in love with mangoes on our trip to Thailand back in 2019. In Ohio it’s rare that I can get them very fresh, but in Thailand? They are ripe, juicy and so, so sweet.
I created this simple mango fruit salad one day when my fridge was loaded with fresh fruits. It would be pretty for spring bridal showers or baby showers.
Yes, it’s just cut fruit, but the textures and flavors of strawberries, mangoes, pineapple, peaches and grapes just work together. Especially when topped with some fresh mint leaves and shredded coconut.
For something extra special, you can make a creamy mango pulp base with heavy cream and condensed milk. This makes the fruit salad a little extra special. It’s delicious either way!

Mango Fruit Salad (with Creamy Base Option)

Ingredients
- 2 mangoes peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 cups grapes
- 2 peaches peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cups strawberries cut into quarters
- shredded coconut and fresh mint leaves optional garnishes
Optional creamy dressing:
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- For the optional creamy base: In a small mixing bowl mix mango pulp, heavy cream and condensed milk. Chill in the refrigerator. 1 cup mango pulp, 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- In a large mixing bowl combine mangoes, grapes, peaches and strawberries. 2 mangoes, 1 ½ cups grapes, 2 peaches , 2 cups strawberries
- If desired, add the optional chilled mango cream mixture and mix until well combined.
- Serve this salad cold in a bowl garnished with coconut and mint leaves. shredded coconut and fresh mint leaves
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk according to your taste Add more mango pulp for a dark mango color and taste.
