My family loves it as much as our creamy ranch chicken and crockpot chicken tacos. And check out our other slow cooker chicken recipes.

Ingredients Needed

- Chicken Breasts: Boneless skinless chicken breasts are perfect for this recipe since they are lean and won’t add more liquid. Use chicken thighs if you prefer, but the sauce may be runnier.
- Diced Tomatoes: I prefer petite diced tomatoes.
- Cream of Chicken Soup: Makes the spaghetti extra creamy! Cream of mushroom soup works too.
- Cream Cheese: Full-fat cream cheese gives the best creamy texture.
- Traditional spaghetti Noodles: You’ll cook the spaghetti first, then add the cooked spaghetti to the pasta dish.

Notes
- Place any chicken spaghetti leftovers in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the pasta. Place it in a freezer-safe container or freezer bag and it will keep for up to 6 weeks. Reheat in the microwave.
- Give it a Mexican flair by using a can of Rotel tomatoes instead of plain diced tomatoes. You could also add a jalapeño pepper for a hint of heat.
- Add diced veggies like carrots, chilies or mushrooms.
- Love cheese? Top with cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese before serving.
