A classic chicken recipe reimagined for busy weeknights.

Although I’ve never really served traditional chicken cordon bleu to my family, I’ve enjoyed it at restaurants and had many variations of the classic like slow cooker chicken cordon blue, cordon bleu sandwich and cordon bleu soup.

This easy chicken cordon bleu casserole is going to be a favorite in your home. It’s reimagined for less effort! There are no “cream of” soups, but a homemade cordon bleu sauce made from butter, flour, whole milk and swiss cheese.

If you want to make it an “all in one” casserole, stir in some broccoli, peas, asparagus or your favorite mixed vegetables.
