The family-friendly dinner idea your kids will come running for.

Since the kids were first able to eat, fried chicken tenders were always I a dinner I could count on them being excited about.

From Doritos chicken tenders, rice krispies chicken tenders and even gluten free chicken fingers, they loved every single one.

At first they just wanted ketchup for dipping. But as they got older, they asked for dipping sauces like bbq sauce, mustard bbq sauce, cheese sauce or pizza sauce. In their adult years, they love a roasted garlic yogurt sauce, so that’s what I’m featuring with this oven baked chicken tenders recipe.

Panko bread crumbs and a 3-part dredging station (similar to our buttermilk fried chicken and honey butter chicken) for the ultimate crispy chicken tenders. Serve them with some hashbrown casserole, oven baked fries or sweet potato fries.

If there happens to be any leftover chicken tenders, serve them in a honey chipotle chicken wrap, spicy chicken sandwiches or in our bbq chicken salad recipe.

Enjoy! -Julie

Need gluten free? Use all-purpose gluten-free flour and gluten-free panko bread crumbs.
